Introduction

Lisa is an experienced educational leader with more than two decades of work supporting young people, families and school communities. Her career has centred on pastoral care, safeguarding and personal development, giving her a deep insight into the realities of adolescence and the factors that influence how young people grow, cope and make decisions.

In her role as Deputy Head Pastoral and Designated Safeguarding Lead within an independent school, Lisa has supported hundreds of students through a wide range of personal and developmental challenges. She has helped young people build confidence, strengthen resilience and develop the emotional and practical skills needed to navigate school life and the transition into adulthood.Alongside this, she has led PSHE and overseen careers education, with a strong focus on helping students develop self-understanding, recognise their strengths and make informed, positive choices about their future pathways.

Alongside her school leadership, Lisa has trained as a Youth Life Coach and isn ow building her own coaching practice. This work allows her to bring together her extensive experience in education with coaching approaches that encourage reflection, growth and greater self-awareness in young people.

Her coaching is underpinned by a framework, centering on four key areas of personal development: self-awareness, self-management, relationships and goal-setting. Lisa believes that when these areas are strengthened, young people are better able to navigate challenges, build confidence and move forward with greater clarity and purpose.

Lisa’s approach is calm, thoughtful and grounded in genuine care for young people. She creates a safe, supportive space where teenagers can explore their thoughts and experiences without judgement, develop a clearer sense of who theyare and begin to take ownership of their choices and direction.
