Positive Mental Health Toolkit Workshop

We have combined our experience of working directly with children and young people, with our unique approach to positive education to provide a one-day positive mental health toolkit workshop. The workshop equips practitioners with a range of tools, strategies and resources proven to improve mental health in children and young people.

Participants will get to learn, explore and practice practical strategies that develop children and young people’s mental health. Participants will also get to experience the benefit of the wellbeing interventions themselves, with space provided to reflect on how they can be used in their setting to support children and young people. There will be opportunity to share good practice and also create action plans for integrating the tools into their individual practice.
The application of tools gained from this workshop will strengthen practitioners’ ability to effectively support children and young people’s wellbeing and reduce mental health problems.
