Zoe is an experienced and trusted coach, mentor and facilitator. She is qualified at post-graduate level in coaching, team coaching and coaching supervision, and a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. Zoe offers a breadth and depth of experience in coaching and facilitation, underpinned by a deep knowledge of positive psychology coaching tools and methods. She is passionate about adult learning and coaching to enable individuals, teams and organisations to thrive. She is known for her warm, practical and down to earth approach, building trust and rapport quickly with her clients. Her coaching specialisms include resilience, wellbeing, positive psychology, and team emotional intelligence.
Zoe is a Mentor on the Level 7 Leadership & Management Programme at Loughborough University, and a volunteer mentor and trainer with The Prince’s Trust, supporting young people to improve their confidence, get a job, start a business and achieve incredible things.
Zoe has over 10 years’ experience applying Coaching Psychology gaining a PG Certificate in Coaching in 2009, and an MA in Coach Learning & Development in 2012. Her Masters research exploring the CPD and supervision needs of coaches was published in Coaching: An International Journal of Theory, Research and Practice in 2016. She presented her research findings at the 4th European Mentoring and Coaching Council Research Conference in Paris in 2014. Zoe is also a qualified in Team Emotional Intelligence, Coaching Supervision, Conversational Intelligence (C-IQ) – Neuroscience for Coaches, and Systemic Coaching Constellations.
Zoe has provided hundreds of hours of 1-2-1 coaching, and training to Heads of School, Teachers, and Support staff specialising in whole school positive mental health and wellbeing.

Zoe is passionate about empowering young people, and adults to grow their confidence and resilience; recognise their inherent skills and strengths, and to flourish and thrive in whatever context they are operating in. She loves working collaboratively with teams and organisations to enable them to increase their capacity, particularly with a focus on embedding whole system approaches to promote positive mental health and wellbeing to all.
