Find yourself looking for ways to increase capacity to provide targeted support for wellbeing within your school or setting?

How do you know this is right for you?

A strong peer-led wellbeing programme plays an important role in helping schools strengthen belonging, inclusion and student wellbeing in ways that align with Ofsted priorities. Whether delivered through wellbeing ambassadors, student mentors, peer coaches or mental health champions, these approaches can support schools to build a positive culture where pupils feel valued, connected and supported.

In this practical CPD webinar, we will explore how peer-led wellbeing programmes can contribute to key areas of the Ofsted framework, including personal development, behaviour and attitudes, and inclusive practice. We will look at how these programmes help schools promote positive relationships, increase pupil voice, support vulnerable pupils and create a greater sense of belonging across the school community.

This session is packed with practical ideas, real examples and clear guidance to help you develop a peer-led approach that fits your setting.
