We personalise all aspects of our lives but we seldom have the opportunity to positively and purposefully personalise our jobs as teachers or school staf. This workshop shares practical ways that we can personalise, improve and take greater control of teacher or staff wellbeing in schools through a concept called job crafting.

Job crafting encourages us to let our strengths by making small changes to how we act, interact and think about our work. Those who actively personalise their work tend to find their work more meaningful, engaging and interesting. People who actively job craft report a sense of control, purpose and happiness in their work. Studies of job crafting have shown that it positively fosters measures of health, happiness, meaning and overall wellbeing and reduces burnout, sickness and stress levels.

This is included as part of the Wellbeing Club membership. Non-members tickets cost £45+VAT. Reserve your spot below and we will email you about how to order your ticket.
