Mental health and wellbeing toolkit development
Our toolkit development service builds tailored resource packs for commissioners, packed with accessible and engaging evidence-based tools for use with children and young people to improve their wellbeing, resilience and positive mental health.
Specialist areas of toolkit development
Our evidence-based tools and resources support practitioners to provide effective early prevention work with children and young people. Combining approaches from the fields of coaching and positive psychology, our tools build positive mental health, wellbeing and resilience in children and young people. This approach is associated with prevention of a number of social issues, including mental health problems, NEET, homelessness, substance and alcohol misuse, criminality, and physical ill-health.
Whole School Wellbeing
We have worked to with over 200 schools to build wellbeing in pupils, staff and parents. We have also partnered with the NHS to develop resource toolkits and programmes to support schools to develop Whole School Mental Health and Wellbeing. Our toolkits and resources support schools to develop sustainable, evidence-based approaches to increasing wellbeing, resilience and positive mental health for pupils, staff and the whole school community.
Positive Mental Health
Our tools and resources help develop positive mental health in children and young people by increasing their self and emotional awareness, thinking skills and communication skills. Through using our tools and resources in their work, practitioners gain confidence and capacity to support the improvement of wellbeing and reduction of mental health problems in children and young people.
