Our workshops, presentations and group-work programmes are designed to support children and young people to build resilience. Our sessions provide opportunities for children and young people to apply a range of evidence-based strategies that develop positive mental health and wellbeing.
We have been commissioned by schools, organisations, local authorities and CAMHS to deliver our workshops for children and young people. Our workshops range from one-off sessions that introduce tips, ideas and suggestions for developing wellbeing and resilience, to more in-depth group-work programmes over a series of weeks.
We specialise in running peer support training and workshops for young people, we have developed our Wellbeing Ambassadors and Peer Mentoring programmes to support schools and organisations deliver peer-to-peer support programmes for young people to prevent mental health problems
We also provide consultancy, train-the-trainer programmes and resource toolkits to support organisations and schools deliver our workshops and group work programmes.

Specialist areas of children and young people's workshops
Our resilience workshops provide skills and knowledge that cultivate resilience in children and young people. Enabling them to develop aspects of resilience, such as self-awareness, emotional awareness and thinking skills. Our interactive workshops facilitate the development of resilience through positive relationships with peer, adults or parents.
Positive Mental Health
The development of character strengths is a major strand of wellbeing research and an essential component in developing wellbeing and resilience in children and young people. Our character strengths workshops, support children and young people to recognise, use and develop personal strengths in themselves and others.
All our workshops for children and young people develop mental wellbeing. Our workshops focus on specific aspects of wellbeing such as emotional literacy, positive thinking, positive relationships and self-awareness. Our wellbeing workshops are made engaging, accessible and appropriate for different ages and abilities of children and young people.
Developing resilience supports young people to build confidence, self- awareness, self- worth and motivation to engage in education, work or training. We have experience of working with the DWP, FE colleges, training companies and apprenticeship providers with the aim of improving employability and preventing young people becoming NEET.
Our positive psychology workshops for children and young people take research from the science of positive psychology and make it tangible, accessible and engaging for them. Supporting children and young people to develop positive mental health and wellbeing and the early prevention of mental health problems.
Our workshop programmes are designed to provide targeted early intervention programmes that prevent mental health problems in children and young people. Our programmes have been successfully been developed and delivered with partners such as local authorises, CCG’s CAMHS and Charities. Funded through commissioners from public health, mental health or children and young peoples services.

Through our workshops they gain awareness of how to use our range of tools and self-help strategies that supporting their ability to effectively manage the challenges they face. Resulting in improvements to their wellbeing and helping to reduce mental health problems.
Positive Psychology applied in educational settings is know as positive Education. We are leaders in positive education workshops for CYP organisations, working with children and young people directly or through supporting families, professionals and organisations to gain resources and skills to deliver our workshops.
Combining physical health and mental health is a robust approach to developing wellbeing and resilience in children and young people. Our workshops can combine a range of health physical improving behaviours such as activity, sleep and nutrition with mental wellbeing strategies.
