Elliot Foster

Development & Relationships Officer

Elliot joined us after being taught at Loughborough University by our Managing Director Liz Robson-Kelly and graduating with a Distinction in his MSc in Business Psychology.

Originally from the North Pennines, West of Durham in the North-East of England, Elliot initially studied Zoology BSc at the University of Edinburgh. In his final year, rather than writing his final year project on 'normal' animals, Elliot decided to research the evolution of cooperative behaviour in humans. After taking a year out after graduating working in sales, he decided to follow in his father's footsteps and study Business Psychology.

It was during this time that he realised his passion for working with people and the need for wider awareness and knowledge of mental health and wellbeing that is more accessible. His Master's project researched the effectiveness of a training programme on improving wellbeing within an Educational Consultancy.

His role at Worth-it involves everything from website editing, social media and blog/article writing to training evaluation, report writing and event organisation.

Passions and interests

Alongside his passion for ensuring that everyone has the ability and tools to develop their own wellbeing and mental health, Elliot is a keen cricketer and cook. When he's not in the office, you'll most likely find him in his kitchen or playing cricket.
