Diane is an experienced coach and coach supervisor, qualified and practising for 15 years. Over this time, she has worked across a number of sectors including Education, NHS, Public and Private sector organisations. She predominantly works from a positive psychology perspective, coaching both 1-2-1 and in teams to develop wellbeing, resilience strategies, using a strengths-based and appreciative enquiry approach.
Prior to her coaching career, Diane was an HRD for an SME having developed her career in the private sector in HR, Learning and Development. She has a passion for and enjoys working with clients to support them be the best version of themselves in whatever they do, particularly specialising in leadership coaching, wellbeing and resilience in coaching as well as acting as a supervisor to coaches including the education space.

Passions and Interests
Diane strongly believes that everyone should have a fair chance to succeed and knows the importance of the health and wellbeing of our next generation. She believes strongly in early intervention and the use of coaching to deliver important messages that can be learnt from positive psychology. She believes that this can have a dramatic impact on young people’s lives by using positive psychology interventions, maximising strengths and using appreciative enquiry.
As an Organisational Development specialist, Diane believes that a whole school approach is essential to ensuring that young people can flourish. She is passionate that by being mental health and wellbeing role models and using a coaching approach, practitioners can influence whole-school wellbeing, that can, in turn, create sustainable cultures of wellbeing. She loves working with and collaborating with people to be the best they can be and wants to help leave a legacy of the transformational nature of coaching on the world and in particular building the resourcefulness of our next generation with regards to their mental health and wellbeing so that they can flourish and be the best version of themselves in society.
